How much does the Annual Plumbing Care Plan cost?
The plan costs $19.95 per month with an initial 12-month commitment.
What is included in my annual plumbing-care visit?
Your membership includes one annual preventive-care visit covering eligible tank-type water-heater maintenance, water-pressure testing, toilet leak testing, accessible plumbing inspections, water-softener performance testing upon request, and a review of findings.
Does the Care Plan include plumbing repairs?
Plumbing repairs are billed separately. Members receive 15% off qualifying plumbing repair work.
Are plumbing installations discounted?
Yes. Members receive 10% off qualifying plumbing installations.
Can I include additional water heaters?
Additional eligible tank-type water heaters can be added for $4.95 per month per additional unit.
Is tankless water-heater maintenance included?
Tankless water-heater maintenance is a separate service available to active members for $199 per unit.
Does the plan include advanced leak detection?
Advanced diagnostics are not included in the standard annual visit. Qualifying diagnostic services are available at discounted member pricing.
Will the Care Plan prevent plumbing emergencies?
Preventive maintenance can help identify developing concerns, but it cannot guarantee that plumbing failures or emergencies will be prevented.
