TruePoint Leak Detection is a residential diagnostics-first plumbing and leak detection company based in Lago Vista, Texas, serving Austin and surrounding areas. The company operates under the oversight of a licensed Texas Responsible Master Plumber (RMP #46545).

TruePoint provides residential leak detection, drain and sewer diagnostics, gas leak testing, and select repairs following confirmed diagnostic findings. Services are available by appointment only to residential customers in the greater Austin and Lake Travis area.

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to submit a request

Submitting a contact form, completing the diagnostic quiz, sending a text, or requesting a booking through the Site does not guarantee immediate acceptance of service, guaranteed availability, or emergency response.

All appointments are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation by TruePoint. TruePoint is not a 24/7 emergency plumbing service. If you have an active emergency such as a gas smell, active flooding, or a severe sewage backup, contact your utility provider or emergency services directly.

5. Diagnostics-First Service Scope

TruePoint's core service is diagnostic evaluation — helping homeowners identify or narrow the likely source of a water leak, sewer or drain concern, or gas-related issue. Findings are based on information available at the time of service and on non-invasive testing methods when possible.

Diagnostic results may lead to recommendations for next steps, further testing, monitoring, or repair. A diagnostic evaluation is not a guarantee that every hidden condition can be located without additional access or testing beyond what the initial visit includes.

Where select repairs are offered following a diagnostic, repair availability depends on the specific findings, scope, and scheduling — and is not guaranteed at the time of a website submission alone.

Pricing or service tiers referenced on the Site are informational and subject to confirmation at the time of scheduling. The scope of your specific situation may affect final pricing where applicable.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, or cancellation policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time your appointment is confirmed.
